Cross-border orders
If you order from outside Canada, return shipping, customs duties, and local consumer law may differ from domestic orders. We explain the steps that apply when you contact us with your order reference and delivery country.
Right of withdrawal (distance sales)
Where applicable law grants a cooling-off period for distance contracts, you may cancel within fourteen days from receipt of the goods without giving reasons, unless an exception below applies. You must inform us clearly before the period expires using the contact identifiers on the site.
Exceptions
Sealed food supplements may not be returnable once opened where hygiene or consumer health protection rules apply. Other sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned if unsealed after delivery, when such conditions apply under local law. Custom or personalised orders may be excluded as stated at purchase.
Condition of returns
Returned items should be unused, in original packaging where reasonably possible, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We may reduce the refund if the value has diminished through handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Process
Contact support@craxylondholthod.world or help@craxylondholthod.world with your order number. We provide a return address and instructions. Do not return goods without authorisation where our process requires it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued using the same payment method where technically possible, within fourteen days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of shipment, as applicable under consumer law.
Shipping costs
Unless mandatory law states otherwise, return shipping may be your responsibility for change-of-mind returns. If we sent incorrect or damaged items, we will cover reasonable return costs as instructed.

If a product is faulty or not as described, applicable statutory rights apply in addition to this Policy. Contact us with details and images if helpful.
